What data do we store about you?

We store the following personal data in your account:

• Profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Consents (terms, GDPR, newsletter) and when they were given
• Companies linked to the account and billing details
• Order history and invoice details
• Payment records (no card data stored)
• Active subscriptions and their history
• Contact messages, survey answers and emails sent to you
• Account activity log
• Data from the MMV app (documents, messages, trip sheets, sessions)
